Lenders & Licensing Information

Last updated: May 19, 2025

Jib Financial, Inc. is a technology company that provides point-of-sale processing for loans on behalf of licensed lenders. We are not a lender ourselves.

Our Role

Jib Financial, Inc. is the inventor of the "Short Home Loan" concept, which we license to regulated lending partners. We operate as a technology platform that connects borrowers with these licensed lenders. Our proprietary technology processes loan applications, facilitates communication, and provides tools to streamline the lending process, but all loans are funded and originated by our lending partners, each of which maintains appropriate licensing in the states where they operate.

As the technology provider, we develop and maintain the systems that power the entire Short Home Loan experience, from application to closing to servicing, while our lending partners handle the actual loan origination and funding in compliance with applicable regulations.
